From innovation idea, to concept validation
Parmalat's Marketing and Open Innovation team used VentureBro to develop an innovation idea in response to a market development need. The two teams transformed the challenge into a structured project of microlearning, met with their prospects, and used the evidence gathered to formulate numerous solution concepts. In a short time, they then validated the concepts through the Digital Twins of their prospects, and thus went through several design sprints that allowed them to prioritize and refine the concepts developed. All by themselves.
Business creation for deep tech startups
Polihub (Business Incubator of the Politecnico di Milano) used an early version of VentureBro to accelerate the development of deep-tech projects for Climate Change, in sustainable business models. The teams immediately familiarized themselves with the iterative, and therefore scientific, validation process that VentureBro made available to them, and in a few weeks they transformed a scientific project into numerous POC agreements with client companies.
Acceleration of high tech spinoff
The University of Florence used VentureBro to accelerate the development of high-tech spin-off projects. VentureBro helped teams develop and validate their business model, accelerating the “out of the building” and dramatically increasing the amount of evidence collected and the quality of analysis.
